Who operates NeVoxOS

NeVoxOS is operated by Nevox Limited LLC in Florida, USA. Contact support@nevoxos.com with privacy questions or a request about your data.

Songs, release information, and private media

The current song-analysis step runs inside your browser and does not upload that audio file to our servers. Release details you enter, including titles, credits, lyrics, and analysis results, are sent to our systems to build and save your package.

If you separately choose a final WAV in Distribution preparation, that exact file is uploaded to private storage, checked, and bound to the selected release version. It is not sent to stores, a distributor, or a rights organization until a future delivery action is available and you review and approve it.

Images and short video clips that you explicitly add to the private media library are uploaded and stored with your account. Images are decoded and normalized, with embedded metadata removed. Files remain private unless you approve an action that shares them. A destination platform can have its own media visibility rules, which are shown during the action review.

What we collect

We keep account identifiers and email details through Clerk, release packages, drafts, selected media, and the status and history of actions you prepare or approve. Payment and entitlement records let us provide the service you purchased. Basic first-party usage analytics help us understand how the site works without tracking you across other websites.

Payments and advertising

No third-party advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, and no sale of your data to anyone. Card numbers never touch our servers: payments happen on Stripe's secure checkout and we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.

Package creation and specialist drafts

When you request a package or specialist draft, the relevant release information and instructions are processed by the services that prepare the requested materials. Package materials and job history are saved with your account. A specialist draft does not authorize publishing, sending, distribution, or another external action.

For direct text and cover work, we also keep provider and request identifiers, service versions, timestamps, and available usage counts to measure and reconcile service usage. These accounting records remain when a package session is removed. We do not copy prompts, lyrics, finished images, or account contact details into this usage ledger.

Accounts you choose to connect

Connections are optional. Each artist authorizes their own provider account. We store the resulting access credentials encrypted, together with account identifiers, display names, granted-access details, and connection status. Provider passwords entered on the provider's sign-in page are not collected by NeVoxOS. The Bluesky connection instead accepts a dedicated app password through our secure form.

We use a connection to show supported account information and carry out the exact action you approve. For example, Mailchimp can return audience names and identifiers and receive an unsent campaign draft; we do not import subscriber addresses through that connection. Approved content, selected files, sender details, and destination identifiers are sent to the selected provider. We keep action content, approval records, provider receipts, and uncertain results so you can review what happened without a blind retry.

Google connections

Gmail, Google Calendar, and YouTube have separate connection choices. We request account identity and email information to identify the authorized account. Gmail's compose permission allows managing drafts and sending mail; NeVoxOS currently uses it to create an unsent draft, with the content and any supported images you approve. It does not send Gmail messages or read your inbox for package creation.

The Calendar connection requests access to events on calendars you own. The current action creates an approved all-day milestone on your primary calendar without invitations. The YouTube connection requests read access to identify your channel and show its reported totals; it does not upload videos.

Google data is used only for the connection features you request. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train or improve general-purpose systems. NeVoxOS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Availability can be limited while a connection is being tested or reviewed.

Emails

We send transactional email, like your purchase delivery, through Resend. If fans leave their email on a shared release page, the address is stored for that release's interest list. NeVoxOS currently shows the artist aggregate signup counts; it does not expose those addresses or send release-day messages automatically, and we do not use them for our own marketing.

Who we share with

Service providers help run NeVoxOS: Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, Vercel and Neon for hosting and storage, plus the services used to prepare requested package materials and specialist drafts. A connected destination also receives the information needed for your approved action. Public articles and published release pages are accessible to their visitors. Each provider processes information according to its role and its own applicable terms and privacy policy.

Hostinger hosts our specialist workers and the separate video inspection service. When video inspection is available and you request it, an isolated worker retrieves the selected private clip to check whether it can be decoded. Inspection does not publish the clip or authorize another action.

Your choices

You can disconnect an account in Connections. This removes its saved credentials from NeVoxOS and cancels pending drafts for that connection. It does not revoke access at the provider or delete content already created there; you can also revoke the app in that provider's account settings. Already submitted actions may still finish, and their history remains available for review.

Saved releases, media, and action records remain with your account until removed through the available controls or a deletion request. Removing a working file does not remove independent copies already shared with another service. To request deletion of your account and associated data, write to support@nevoxos.com. We will confirm completion and explain any records that must be retained for payment, security, or legal obligations.
